problemes with payment is really annoying, i have been let down many times. i bought passes alot of times they always take so long to be activated and agents take a big ammount of time to answer, it feels like being stranded in an island waiting for help that is never going to come !! 1/10

The app design is cool, although the service still lacks most of the basic stuff out there, it's a shame you get 0.1 kB/s for a 50Gb balance and sometimes it's even worse like no network at all. I donno, the offer is good yet there are severe problems, and the disaster is, when u wanna report something they direct you to one of their none existing customer care services which you'll eventually wait for till your teeth fall off. It's so awkward for Inwi do be that bad thou... So disappointed....

The worst support team, whenever I try to reach to an agent, I wait for eternity without an actual agent available. Moreover, when I buy a pass, it gets injected the following, you always keep me without internet for over 12 hours. The worst 4G coverage outside cities. I have no reason to keep my subscription, I will be cancelling soon. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.

The app design is very good and easy to use more importantly, the offers price is reasonable! the only bad thing is that Winbot is not in English and connecting to an agent takes long time and sometimes there is no response.

the service is very good, and will be more perfect with more features like 100GB or ilimited internet really this service is very helpfull for people they are not living in ther houses. for the UI is good but need more improvments. 😊

First of all the app should be free to access when u have no data plan left so u Can pay , otherwise u will have always to keep تعبيئة in your pocket just in case 😒

I paid them 65 dh for my plan . its been 5 days now still didnt got it . when got in touch with chat guy call (hassan) on their app hes information is useless plus he ended the converstation way before i had finished my questions. after i finish my 1st month that i paid for, i am not going back to WIN .or not even inwi . I DONT RECOMMEND KEEP AWAY OF THEM . Update. They sent me sim card after 15 days of waiting .service is good inside the city. outside not too good internet signal . calls r good
