An absolutely must have for tabletop wargaming list building. It's better than the games workshop app, or any other app I have witnessed on the market. I've been using this for about a year and it is the best. If you're building Warhammer 40K armies without battle scribe, you're missing out.

Battlescribe it's the best list builder out there. But it's not good.... it's does it job and does it decently enough and it updates faster than any other list builder but it's still not good. It's loaded with empty stuff and rules and missing descriptions. Like a quarter of then time it doesn't wanna cooperate with you let alone do it's job. But it's the best we got. Ot does everything though from starwars to 40k, LoTR, all of it if you play it on a table and need to make a list it's here.

This is genuinely a really good app. I didn't find any instructions or anything but after a bit of opening menus, turns out it's incredibly intuitive. Apples to slightly different apples, but my experience with this has been infinitely better than any deck builder app for MtG.

BattleScribe appears to be a quite thorough collection of whatever wargames you want to play. There is a bit of a learning curve, with lots of options and menus and suboptions and submenus. It took me a few days of fiddling with it to realize the little orange dots next to units meant there were weapon/ability options for them, while grey dots meant there was only one model option. As someone who's looking in to starting 40K, I also would have liked a core rulebook or codex for my factions.

BattleScribe is an invaluable app that I've been using for years to not only create a roster for your units but also a great way to create mock lists of other factions to see what relics, warlord traits and special characters you could be facing in the future. 5 stars

I remember first getting into 40K many years ago, writing out my Ork army list with pen and paper. I'd tally points, check back and forth between pages for the war gear. It was a day long project back then! Now I can just pop open BattleScribe, fiddle about a little and boom, army list done. Great app, the adds are infrequent and non-intrusive too

The app is super easy to use and doesn't spam you with ads. There are bugs here and there but they get fixed very fast when they pop up. Only app on the market worth subscribing to!

The AoS segment is busted ever since the new tomes released. Since you can't pick sub-allegiances it's impossible to build legal lists. The app has no way to report this problem and it hasn't been corrected for over a month.

Great app for building 40k lists and much better than the official, pay to use app. Updated regularly as new codexes are released and any minor errors are very quickly fixed. You can pay for extra features but I have been using it for over a year and have never needed the extra and it has never cost me a penny. The basic/free content is all you need

This app has been borderline necessary for a newbie to 40k. Absolutely love it and the codex update for templars came in so fast I didn't expect it I thought I was going to have to build on paper but no. Battlescribe came in clutch!! Love this app
